I dreamed of growing roses but quickly learned they had a tough time surviving our winters. Although I protected them each fall wrapping them in fir boughs they continued to struggle. Three years in I decided it was time to transplant them to happy homes where they would thrive. Along the way I harvested many roses for cut flowers, bundle dyeing and ink making. This collection is the last of my offerings. The package contains 25g of a mix of rose petals perfect for bundle dyes and inks. All flowers are organically grown, hand harvested and dried in the Trout Lake summer heat. They come in a compostable package, just remove the tin tab, and return it to the soil.
